About

I build AI-augmented systems and agentic workflows — structured prompting, controlled evaluation, and pipelines designed to be debugged, not just believed. I value architectures that stay legible under change.

Underneath that is 14+ years of backend-heavy engineering: integrating legacy platforms, improving delivery pipelines, and shipping APIs that age well. That history is why I'm sceptical of magic and opinionated about observability.

Selected projects

Experience

Software Developer, Consultant · Iris Hadar

2024

  • Migrated a dyslexia support tool (originally C++/WebAssembly) to a Chromebook-friendly PWA, working independently with the customer.
  • Bridged Google Docs and Microsoft 365 online via their APIs to access document text that isn't exposed through HTML.
  • Modelled the project in Azure DevOps with commits linked to work items and sprints.

Software Developer, Consultant · HumanIT

2021–2022

  • Java/Spring Boot services with Hibernate/JPA and SQL Server.
  • Flyway migrations and Docker-based environments, with services split into separate containers for clean dev/prod isolation.
  • Partnered with React teams on responsive UI delivery.

Software Developer & Tester · Sellegi Technologies

2015–2020

  • Legacy integration for IBM-based enterprise collaboration tools (Ericsson, Volvo, Försäkringskassan).
  • Developed and administered JIRA plugins for Ericsson and others; implemented browser-based GUIs in AngularJS.
  • Managed Sellegi's Atlassian environment, local RHEL servers, and AWS-hosted instances.
  • CI/CD pipelines on Linux AWS with Jenkins; regression testing via Selenium WebDriver and Robot Framework.

Earlier roles

Freelance / Translation / Other roles

Freelance web development (HTML, CSS, PHP) from draft layout to delivery, 2010–2014. Technical translation and exhibition support for biogas/purification tenders at Purac (Polish/English/Swedish), 2010–2013.

Across these consulting roles I have also taken on practical leadership where teams needed it — planning, scrum facilitation, technical ownership, mentorship, and quality oversight — without it being a formal management role.

Current explorations

I run a steady stream of experiments, mostly around AI-augmented development. These focus on reliability, controlled prompting, and behavior evaluation.

Explorables is a curated set of interactive HTML experiments generated from YouTube video URLs using a custom pipeline. The public site is a selection of the best outputs.

Probe/Fossil logging experiments
A structured capture and tagging system for analyzing LLM outputs over time. Focused on traceability, behavioral patterns, and evaluation beyond single-run prompting. Designed for local LLMs (Qwen, LLaMA, Phi) and multi-model behavior mapping.

GPU monitoring and observability
A setup for monitoring GPU usage and performance with Docker and Grafana. Focused on observability and performance monitoring.
